RAF Sentinel I (foreground) on the deck of a Royal Navy escort carrier with SEAC RAF Supermarine Spitfires. Notice the United States Army Air Corps emblem is exposed, due to weathering, under the RAF SEAC roundel. RAF Sentinels were delivered to India in crates directly from the Stinson Aircraft factory and consequently arrived in USAAC livery.
KJ377 and KJ??? (possible KJ405) are shown here, stripped down, at the Mingaladon airport in Burma (c.1946)
KJ405 arrived at Imphal with RAF 194 Sqn. in late 1944.
